Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms govern sales between Société — exploitation Altiaro, operating Alethea, specialised in medical beds and adjustable home-care beds, and consumer customers.

Article 2 — Products

We sell new medical beds and adjustable home-care beds. Technical specifications are on each product page.

Article 3 — Order & payment

Orders are confirmed after payment via our secure provider (Mollie). Prices are in EUR incl. VAT.

Article 4 — Delivery & installation

Home delivery in mainland France; room placement and basic setup walkthrough on selected models. Lead times: 3–7 business days after dispatch unless stated otherwise.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal

14-day withdrawal right from receipt (Consumer Code). Return shipping at customer cost unless defective.

Article 6 — Legal warranty

2-year conformity warranty. Contact contact@alethea.fr for after-sales support.

Article 7 — Applicable law
